Instructions
Papers must be written in English. Submitted papers must consist of a maximum of four (4) pages of technical content, including all figures and tables. An optional fifth (5th) page containing references only is permitted. Papers must follow the official IEEE conference template (LaTeX or Word). Submissions must be in PDF format.
The review process is single-blind: reviewer identities are confidential, and author identities are visible to reviewers. Each submission will be reviewed by at least three (3) independent reviewers. Papers will be evaluated based on technical quality, originality, relevance to IWAENC, and clarity of presentation. Final decisions will be made by the Technical Program Committee.
Submitted papers must present original, unpublished work. Papers under review at other conferences or journals are not permitted. Submissions must comply with IEEE policies on plagiarism, ethical conduct, and publication standards. Authors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for reproduced material.
AI-based tools may be used for language editing and formatting assistance. AI systems must not be listed as authors. Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their submissions.
All papers must be submitted electronically through CMT (Conference Management Toolkit) at the following link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/IWAENC2026. The submission portal may also be used to check submission status and upload revised versions, if applicable.
Authors of accepted papers must address reviewers’ comments in the final version, submit a PDF compliant with IEEE formatting requirements, complete the IEEE electronic copyright form, and ensure that at least one author registers at the full workshop rate. Failure to present the paper at the workshop may result in removal from the proceedings.
Accepted and presented papers will be included in the IWAENC 2026 Workshop Proceedings.
