Poster Size
Remember that poster boards measure 1 m (W) × 2 m (H). Please ensure that your poster fits within these dimensions.
Poster Guidelines
Please ensure that your poster complies with the presentation guidelines provided on the relevant webpage.
File Format
The file must be saved in PDF format. Please preview the poster carefully before submitting it to the printing service to ensure that it is correctly formatted and ready for printing.
File Transfer
Once your poster is complete and ready for printing, if you wish to use the printing service, please send the PDF file to elena@pitre.it. After sending it, please confirm that the file has been successfully received. If the attachment cannot be delivered due to its size, please use a large-file transfer service instead.
Printing Confirmation
After submitting your poster by email, you will receive a confirmation specifying the cost of the printing service and the date from which your poster will be available for collection.
The printing service is provided by Studio Pi-Tre Progettazione Grafica, located at Via Rosario 4/G, 26100 Cremona (CR), Italy. The distance from the conference venue is approximately 2.5 km.
Please complete the above steps a few days before September 7 to ensure that your poster is printed and ready for collection in time.
