Poster Presentation

Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth presentation experience.

Poster Size
Poster boards measure 1 m (W) ร— 2 m (H). Please ensure that your poster fits within these dimensions.

Poster Content
Your poster should include the paper title, authors, and affiliations at the top. Organize the content into clear sections (e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusions) and use large, readable fonts to ensure visibility from a distance.
We encourage the use of figures, tables, photographs, and diagrams to communicate your work effectively. Keep the text concise and ensure that all graphics are of sufficient quality and resolution.

Poster Setup
Posters should be mounted in the designated poster area at the workshop venue before the start of the corresponding session. Each paper will be assigned to a specific poster board; the poster number and setup instructions will be provided in the final program.
Authors are expected to be present at their posters during the assigned poster session to discuss their work and answer questions from attendees.

Recommendations
To make the most of the poster session, we recommend preparing a brief 2โ€“3 minute overview of your work that can be adapted to different audiences. A clear and engaging introduction is often the best way to attract visitors and foster discussion.
