Take a look at how to organize your presentation and the logistics of the conference venue.

Presentation Duration
The overall time available for each oral presentation will be 15 minutes, inclusive of the switch between presenters and a short Q&A session.

Presentation Guidelines
Presentation time is critical: each paper is allocated 15 minutes for lecture sessions, including time for questions and any set-up not completed in advance.

Keep slides simple and easy to read: they should attract and hold attention and reinforce what you say.
Be prepared to begin your presentation as soon as the prior presenter has finished, to keep the session on schedule.
Meet with your session chair during the break immediately prior to your session, inside or near the door of the presentation room.

Hardware
The plenary room is equipped with a video wall with a resolution of 3520 ร— 1980 pixels and a 16:9 aspect ratio.

Presenters may use either their own laptop or the computer provided by the conference organizers. Those wishing to use the conference computer have to upload and test their presentation on site in advance.

The video wall supports both video and audio connections via an HDMI cable that you will find on the desk. No other connection cables will be provided.
